After you file your claim, if your claim is denied, it will usually take three to four months to get a workers’ compensation hearing. While an expedited hearing can be requested, it will usually not occur any faster than a hearing on the regular docket, as the other side often asks for a continuance so they can more adequately prepare their defense.
